WHAT IS TRULY ECO-FRIENDLY?
I have heard several disturbing accounts of the other systems being considered a hazardous waste. They can't truly be considered Eco-friendly in our opinion. Here's why.
Lithium densifier has a much smaller molecule that penetrates concrete faster and easier than sodium or potassium based densifiers.
There are no residues left to worry about with Lithium, and the same is not true of sodium and potassium based densifiers.
These sodium and potassium chemicals must be agitated and scrubbed into the concrete to get the reaction they need, so the floor has to be literally flooded with the material.
The excess MUST be vacuumed up and the floor rinsed a couple times.
This excess MUST BE DISPOSED as a Hazardous material as regulated by the EPA. This flies counterculture to the "Green Movement."
In the rush to be proclaimed "Green, Eco-Friendly, many companies are making unsubstantiated claims of being "green."
